Sexual dysfunction is a complex physiological process. Psychotherapy emphasises individualised treatment options, such as psychoanalysis, aversion therapy and systematic desensitisation.
Both men and women should eliminate stress and anxiety, and relieve the psychological burden. Before the sexual intercourse, you should exchange feelings with each other, and touching each others body. During the process of sexual intercourse, the man must be gentle. Avoid using drugs that can cause sexual dysfunction.
